This DreamBreak is designed for skiers and snowboarders.

Conditions for using your 2-day ski package:

• Your ski package includes a lift pass, ski equipment rental (skis, poles, and boots) for two days, and four hours of group skiing lessons per day at scheduled group times. Group times will be announced closer to the travel date.
• Ski pass cannot be used on the day of arrival (check-in), or at the departure day (after check-out.)
• Ski pass is not valid for special ski-events (fresh track, evening skiing).
• Ski pass is personalized, is non-transferable and it is valid only while staying at the hotel.
• If the ski pass is not used up during your stay, you are not entitled to any financial or non-financial compensation.
• The use of ski passes is governed by the Terms and Conditions of the sale of the ski pass which are valid for the winter season of 2024-2025.
• In the case of unauthorized use, the ski pass will be deactivated and not refunded.
• Lost ski passes will not be replaced.
• The operation of cable cars and ski lifts is dependent upon snow and weather conditions. 
• There is no financial or non-financial compensation when cableways are closed due to bad weather or other unforeseen circumstances.

Situated at the foot of the ski slopes, The Rila Hotel is a classic ski-in/ski-out icon of Borovets Resort. You understand and acknowledge that participating in DreamTrips is a benefit of DreamTrips Membership; therefore, your monthly membership fees must be current and paid in full at the time of travel. If you book a DreamTrips package and cancel your membership, or your membership is in inactive status at the time of travel, you understand and acknowledge that your trip will be cancelled and subject to refund as outlined in the cancellation policy for your particular trip.

Travel is unpredictable and country restrictions due to COVID-19 change regularly; please understand that the policies below apply and you are encouraged to purchase travel protection.

Cancellation Policy*: If you cancel 61 days or more before the start date of your trip, you will get a refund less a fee of US$100. If you cancel within 60 days of the start date of your trip, your trip will not be refunded. All fees are applicable on a per-person basis.

*This cancellation policy is subject to rules and regulations in applicable jurisdictions in which our travel supplier is based. In the event of conflict between the cancellation policy displayed here and cancellation terms in supplier booking terms, the more restrictive of the two terms will prevail.

Name Change Policies: Name changes are not permitted for the DreamTrips Member(s) who booked this trip and are only allowed for people who are traveling with said booking member. Name changes must be done no later than November 29 and are subject to a fee of up to US$100. Name changes after this date are not allowed.

Transfer Policies: Booking transfers from one member to another member are not allowed on this trip.

• Each individual, including each child, who is coming along with you on your DreamTrip is required to have a booking prior to the commencement of the trip. If you do not book and pay for each such person in advance of the trip, you will be charged the hotel’s then-current rate, not the trip price, for each such person at the time of your check-in.
• Pricing for children is based on their age at the time of travel and may be subject to additional terms and conditions of individual hotels and all-inclusive resorts. Also, pricing for children can vary, and may be higher than pricing for adults.
